Leading with compassion, courage and curiosity, I support individuals and couples working to improve their relationships with themselves, their loved ones and their community through dynamic, client-focused, body-centered psychotherapy.

My passion for working with individuals and couples is rooted in my own commitment to courageous personal inquiry and authentic positive action. I believe happiness can be practiced and old habits modified with compassionate and dedicated effort. I aim to provide a nonjudgmental space for clients to practice supported vulnerability, so that they may learn new tools to live lives with greater compassion, courage and grace.

I have a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University. I've completed trainings in Traumatic Stress Studies, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy, and I am a Level II Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT) counselor. I have additional trainings in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), suicide awareness, meditation instruction and body-centered psychotherapy.

Born in Manhattan and raised in Massachusetts, I fell in love with the mountain west in my 20’s and never looked back. Prior to my career as a counselor, I worked in the temperate rainforest of SE Alaska, the desert of Utah and the high desert of Arizona.  I’ve worked with people from all walks of life at jobs as varied as construction, community outreach, retail, tourism and education.  While jobs and locations have changed, relationships  remain the vibrant threads tying my adventures together, providing endless opportunities for deeper connection and compassion for myself and others.
